Is there a listing fee to sell an item in the marketplace?

Items may be listed for FREE in the marketplace.  If the item sells, a 5% fee will be deducted from the proceeds you receive.  For example, if you listed an item for sale in the marketplace for $100 and it sold, you would receive a disbursement of $95 into your account.  The fee pays for the platform hosting and credit card processing fees that are incurred to accept payment from the buyer.
