I just had my offer accepted can I cancel?

No, all offers are final and can’t be cancelled. Make sure you are serious about buying the item before you submit an offer.  If the seller delivers the item and it passes inspection the transaction will be finalized per the terms and conditions of the sale, and only if the seller fails to deliver or the item is damaged will the sale be cancelled.
