If my item is damaged in shipping what do I do?
Due to the unique nature of the items being sold, any damaged items in shipping from Stack-n-Sell to the buyer will have to go through the shipping claims department in order to receive an insurance claim payment. All damaged items must be returned to Stack-n-Sell before an insurance claim can be filed.
