How much is the shipping fee to send items to my house?

To keep our logistics simple and predictable for collectors, we offer a flat-rate shipping and insurance model for all marketplace purchases being delivered to your home.

• Flat Shipping Fee: $15.00

What does this fee cover? This $15.00 fee is a comprehensive charge that includes:

• Fully Insured Transit: Your items are covered against loss or damage from the moment they leave our verification center until they are signed for at your door.
• Secure Handling: Specialized packaging designed to protect graded slabs (coins or notes) from scratching or cracking during transit.
• Discreet Packaging: For your security, we use plain, unbranded outer packaging so the contents of your shipment remain private.
• Tracking & Signature: All shipments include a tracking number and require a physical signature upon delivery to ensure your assets reach you safely.

Note: This fee applies per shipment. If you choose to have your items moved directly into VaultMAX instead of your home, this shipping fee is waived, and you will only be responsible for your daily VaultMAX credits.
